The N95/KN95 automatic high-speed mask machine is a fully automated equipment for the production of finished masks. After the whole roll of fabric is unrolled, it is driven by the roller, and the fabric enters the knurled shaft through the guide wheel; the nose bridge is pulled and unrolled in the whole roll, cut to a fixed length and then introduced into the fabric. One mask ear strap welding station, and then to the next station, automatically fold the edges, ultrasonically weld the mask to form, seal it laterally, and cut it with a cutter. After the mask is made, the mask and waste are separated by a waste separator. One-key fully automated production operations reduce human body contact during the production process of masks, thereby meeting industry testing standards.
